A developer starting the right way: capital first, then the right ground.

QDBGROUP was founded to build homes and neighbourhoods that people are proud to live in and investors are glad to hold. We think in decades. A well-planned community should still be working for its residents long after the last crane leaves.

We have not broken ground yet, and we say so plainly. We have set aside the funds for our first development and are now assessing land, markets and delivery partners. Starting this way lets us choose projects on their merits, without the pressure to build simply because money is waiting.

Our ambition is international. We will earn it one well-delivered community at a time.
